Carrie and Heather work with clients seeking and selling investments in residential income properties, multi-family commercial properties, and residential properties.

We assist our clients with traditional sales, “short-sales”, and with acquisitions of foreclosed inventory through REO Brokers and directly from banks.

Investors themselves, Carrie and Heather are unique in that they have the background required to assess and manage sales and acquisitions of commercial property, while at the same time, providing investor clientele with the same level of customized service and marketing provided their residential clients.   Carrie has a strong background in financial analysis.  Prior her work in residential and commercial real estate, Carrie work as a management consultant evaluating new business opportunities and conducted feasibility analysis for Marriott Corporation’s New Resort Development Group.

Because of our experience in the residential income and multi-family markets, we are knowledgeable about our local market indicators including CAP rates, GRMs, IRRs, $/sqft values, per unit values, rents and expenses.  We keep ourselves abreast of shifts in the marketplace and assist our clients in creating rental market evaluations for specific property types.

Once you are in contract on a property, Carrie and Heather will guide you through the inspection, loan and appraisal contingency processes as well as lead you through the escrow process.
