A little more about Carrie McAlister:
Carrie has been a Top Producing Realtor® in the East Bay since 2005. Carrie’s business is primarily based on client referrals. Prior to real estate, Carrie worked in management consulting and international economic development. She has lived and worked in countries throughout Latin America and the Middle East. As a management consultant, Carrie has negotiated contracts for companies including American Express and News Corporation. Carrie also worked for several years in new resort finance with Marriott Corporation. Carrie applies the strategic planning, finance and negotiation techniques obtained in her years as a management consultant to benefit her clients in their real estate transactions. Carrie is a founding member of Veros Partners, LLC a real estate investment group placing investments in single family and multi-family properties.
A California native, Carrie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC Santa Barbara and a Master of Public Policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. Carrie is currently a CCIM Candidate. She lives with her husband and two daughters in North Berkeley.

Heather is an award winning Realtor®. Her life experience and education make her uniquely qualified as a Realtor®. Prior to obtaining her real estate license, Heather worked for a custom green builder as a design consultant and spearheaded the company’s remodel sales division. She also played an integral role in the building of two award-winning LEED® certified homes. In addition to her professional real estate work, Heather has extensive personal experience buying, selling, remodeling and staging homes for investment.
A native to the East Bay, Heather was born in Berkeley and raised in Piedmont. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Literature from Cornell University, a year of which was spent studying and living abroad in Spain. Heather is also a graduate of the “National Sustainable Building Advisor Program”, a rigorous nine-month curriculum designed to teach the essential elements of sustainability practices.
